With a gentle warmth and contagious sense of humor, Peggy shares her passion of life and love with all those she meets. Feeling more alive, in every moment, is what fuels her, she will welcome you to your mat, no matter your story, with warmth and understanding.
Bryonie’s life is rooted in the belief that when we come from a place of love, anything is possible. When not teaching yoga (or playing her crystal singing bowls) she can be found most afternoons at the dog park, with her camera, her love and her dog.
Ella is a new paradigm sexual health, spiritual growth and wellness coach but more importantly, she’s the sister you probably never had. When she’s not nose-deep in holistic medicine or sex ed research, she’s baking muffins, re-watching Amelie for the umpteenth time, doulaing (supporting women in birth), on her yoga mat listening to Bon Iver or answering questions from around the world about the “things we don’t talk about but should.”
Anne was born and raised in L.A. She is a yoga teacher, a writer and occasionally slings cocktails in a Hollywood bar. She could eat chocolate cake for every meal of the day. She has a gigantic fear of heights and flying. And fire. She wishes she could speak French, play her guitar better and make cannoli. She’s probably listening to The Dark Side Of The Moon right now. If you’re not easily offended, her darker thoughts can be read at Dirty Blonde Ink. She’ll be kickin’ it with her two boxers and her hot Australian husband. Subscribe to Anne’s column if you dig it.
I believe in authenticity, laughter, and telling the truth. I believe being yourself is the best business. Sweating is godly. Green juice heals. Tension creates new pathways for expansion. I teach you how to play and glow, one chaturanga at a time. I love connection. All kinds.
Tara Bliss a spirit-fueled coach and healer, motivational speaker, and creator of The Party Girls Guide to Peace. Her mission? To kickstart an avalanche of gutsy, fear-busting confidence and love (all with a side serve of swagger)! Think of her as your crystal-toting, skateboard-riding, raw-dessert-loving lumière, unveiling the path to peace and freedom. Her original medicine? Fierce and curious vulnerability. It’s time to embrace self-love. Seize adventure. Revel in unconventionality.
Sara is rewriting her story. On a spiritual journey to discover the depths of her soul, and share her wisdom with others, Sara is a proclaimed spirit junkie. When she isn’t busy cultivating a holistic approach to living in this busy world, she is dedicated to developing her practice of vinyasa yoga, weightlifting and fitness. Recognizing that our bodies are temples and the vehicles which propel us throughout life, Sara is driven to living a life which supports the interior and exterior well-being of her vehicle, and is inspired to share this knowledge with others. She shares these insights on her blog, Sara is a creative artist designing her world and sharing her writings, wisdoms and teachings with others.
På den annen side … så er jeg kanskje litt glad for at jeg gikk for den enkle og greie varianten.
